the front desk staff were mostly okay.
I had problems with the cleanliness. there were hairs in the bathroom when i arrived, and the floor was not very clean. also, the noise from the street kept me awake some nights. It sounded like people were right outside my window at all hours.

I found a couple of things that bothered me. the bathroom had three lights, but only one actually worked. i told them about it twice, but they never fixed it. also, the kettle was oddly placed. There wasn't a plug nearby, so i had to put it on the floor to use it. it was quite inconvenient and seemed like a basic oversight they missed.
